1. Introduction

Welcome to 360Design ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application 360Design (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Camera

The App uses your device's camera to capture a photograph of a room — either a full 360° panorama or a single photo. This photograph is the raw material every feature of the App works from.

Motion Data

With your permission, the App reads your device's motion sensors (the gyroscope) to help you hold the camera level while capturing a room, and to let you look around a captured panorama by moving your phone. This is unrelated to fitness, steps, or health tracking.

Room Photos & Generated Designs

The photograph you capture, and every redesign the App generates from it, are uploaded to and stored in our cloud, tied to your account, so your rooms and designs are available whenever you reopen the App.

Account Data

The first time you open the App, we automatically create an anonymous account for you — a randomly generated identifier, via Firebase Authentication — without asking for a name, email, or password. You may optionally link this account to your Apple ID using Sign in with Apple, so your rooms follow you to a new device. If you do, Apple shares your name and an email address (which may be a private relay address) with us; we use it only to identify and link your account.

Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, we collect:

• Purchase history and subscription status
• Device identifier associated with your purchase
• Transaction metadata (not your payment card details — these are handled by Apple)
